The Property Buying Company Ltd is the data controller and responsible for this website.
In most cases we will be the Data Controller as we determine the purpose and manner in which your personal data will be managed and used.

What data do we collect?
We collect data about you when you register with us or when you contact us and provide us information voluntarily. Website usage information is collected using web server logs.

Where is your data kept?
The information we receive is handled and processed by our staff who are located in the UK; however we may store information in the cloud and in an offsite server located in Europe. No third party will have access to your personal data unless the law permits them and we will take steps to give exactly the amount of data required only. Our data is also stored on secure & encrypted CRM systems which are also password protected and are for staff use only. Any data that is held outside the CRM’s is kept in paper files in a secure location on our offices.

The GDPR defines special data as more sensitive thus it needs more protection. Due to the nature of our business we might be required to hold and process some of this data.
